4-4-1-1 balance aggressiv attacking play

hey

i have made this tactic, where i have tried to take my own idears from my work as a coach. i play a 4-4-1-1 where i like to be controling the game from start to end.
i want to play the ball up from defence and bring the ball forward to the wingers and from there i go over to a more direct and fast play.

Do you use OI's. What success have you had?

yeah i have the OI`s to close down on backs,wingers and strikers
tackle hard on central middlefilders and weak foot and Backs, Wingers, central middlefielders and strikers.

If i get too many card i change the tackle hard to normal

My own test was with Derby C. i havn´t bought any players.
