If not, got any ideas on how it is supposed to work?
Short passing or direct?
Wide or Narrow?

Not really...

There is a place on the website that is dedicated to tactics for people to upload and download.Making threads asking if people have a specific tactic or not when there is a search bar is not really using common sense.

But please,it's there for a reason.

Well, its more asking how the 4-4-2 diamond should be played.
Searching for it, gives you a couple of results, only two which can be applied for 2010 1.3..
