Hey guys,
I've done a 4-5-1 (4-3-3) and tried to replicate André Villas Boas Style. im using also some ideas from Raikan007 possession Hints and Tips FM 2013 Thread.

Individual instructions
All players with Rarely Long Shots
All players with closing down whole pitch (20) except Goalkeeper
Goalkeeper - defender collect to Left CB and shortest passing (0)
Wingbacks holding ball, man marking (opponent wingers) and tight marking
CB Zonal tight marking, shortest passing (0)
Anchorman - zonal marking(if opponent AMC man marking), tight marking.
-CM's moving into channels and man marking opponent CM's, switching positions each other, Roaming from position yes.
Inside forward Left moving into channels, switching position with Inside Forward Right, man marking opponent full back
Inside Forward Right cutting inside, switching position with IFL and man marking opponent full back
Poacher- default (roaming position yes or no?)

OI - all opponent Cm's, amc's and CF weaker foot and closing down.

I don't use shouts.

im having some good results, im happy with possession, but im conceding goals alot and sometimes i have no CCC's like this.
