41410 - Plug&Play - Good defense and possession

Hi all,

I spent some time over the in-game FM17 years trying to develop something better than my decent 42220. I believe I got something good going here. I would like honest feedbacks. I use this tactic as plug&play with very little adjustments. This formation is 4-1-4-1-0 (the typical one but with AMC instead of ST)

The set pieces are by Mr. L, I believe. I use shout talk often. Assertively encourage when 0-0. Passionately demand more when anytime behind or in 2nd half when need a goal. Passionately Show more passion when opponents seem to be making offensive plays. Passionately concentrate when winning.

For little context, this 2025 Iceland season is my first with this tactic and first time clinching a spot for Champion League. I have earned many shutouts so I am thinking I would like to share this tactic and see what some of you think.

Nice positive results especially 13-0 friendly! was that with this tactic? Did you make any adjustments other than goalkeeper role?

I find that my players make more key passes, do you also see high stat of key passes made with your players?

Yes, all games with this tactic.
