Hi guys. First of all, this is the first time I have ever released a tactic on FM in the many years I have been playing it, please be gentle. Also, there is a number of people on here that also deserve credit such as seanhrfc, Jasser, and a load of others that have helped me make my tactic. Without their tactics and work, I doubt I could make this. I am NOT a tactic expert, I usually use other peoples work. This tactic is a mixture of guides, other peoples set ups, and taken from seanhrfc's base formation.

My tactic is a 424 (Home and away version) That I have used throughout my current save with Dunfermline and now Schalke. I went a period without using it, but due to poor results, I have gone back and started using it again with good results coming in.

As you can see, it is a 424 formation using wingers. When i first started using this tactic, it was a flat 442 and i had success winning promotion to the Scottish Premiership from league 1 with Dunfermline. With Schalke i have had to move the wingers up for the player I have. I am now doing very well as it is an orginised attack while remaining responsible at the back. Both tactics have jassers set peices. When using the counter Home tactic, when i am winning in the 70th min, i switch to counter to avoid last min goals. The away version also seems to work well at home (sometimes I forget to switch). I think it works well for both top teams and lower league teams due to the success I have had but I will leave it to you to decide. Also, use away if huge underdog at home.

Pre season and during season.

Individual training, I train the players to the roles they will play in, ie DC= Central defender, DR = Full back etc.

OI's: Use *** man
Pitch size: I use max

The first set of screens are 3 of the 5 seasons I spent at Dunfermline using this tactic. I had back to back promotions, also a variety of cup wins. I had 3 seasons in the SPL, but half way through 2nd season, I decided to change the tactic.

I started using the tactic after a run of 3 defeats in a row, from the Nurnberg game onwards. The league table is where I am at the moment, 3 of the 5 defeats was from my previous tactic.

As I said, this is the first time I have done this so please be gentle with me. Any constructive criticism is always welcome. I hope you have some success with this tactic, and if you can think of anything to improve it, please try.

Update 16/02/14:

I finished the season as champions also winning the German Cup. I did not lose another league game since I put my first screen up. I did get knocked out of the Champions league by (Davie Moyes's) Man Utd on penalties. I have also put up a ss of the season so far that I am on. I drew the 2nd game due to a red card and injuries. I will update as I go.

If you have tried the tactic, please let me know how you get/got on.

Thank you for reading.
