Blows teams away from the whistle complete attacking domination
just edited with a couple of screenshots also one piece of good info
the best shouts for this tactic are 'play narrow' combined with 'exploit middle' also add in 'push higher up' but only make the shouts if your assistant tells you they struggle with that type of stuff in the pre match meeting also if a team struggles against slower tempos take the tempo lower too during the match
also have a 433 control which I close games out with when winning just change time wasting to the max and use it around the 80th minute
Positions
GK- just get a good one
RB- attack minded, needs good stamina and crossing
LB- same as RB
CB- regular CBs but changing their roles shouldn't affect much
CB- same as above
DM- anchor man who plays it very simple, good man marking as he frequently gets specific shadow jobs to shut down creative CMs and AMCs
RCM- advanced playmaker so then need great attacking stats and good stamina
LCM- ball winner who should be strong and a decent passer
RW- cutting in creating and scoring I rotate VDV and Lennon here but with VDV I put long shots at often and with Lennon the opposite
LW- Elia destroys teams here cutting in and running at defenders
ST- Dzeko as a complete forward has been rampant
