442/451 need help finding the right tactic!

Good evening!
well im on my first season with Swansea and after 8 games (6 loss 2 draws) i have started to lose hope.... my current formation was 4-3-3 (with Michu as my main striker), at the beginning of january i want to change the formation to 4-4-2 with Michu+Aspas as my strikers or 4-5-1...

so please guys, help me find some God-Mode tactic 442 or 451/
