The idea is to spread the play wide and overload the wide areas going forward.
High pressing to win the ball back.
Regroup to keep the shape and not concede too many on the counter.
Full backs get forward but not too much as it was conceding in wide areas on the counter.
Seems to have a good balance of goals and assists in the squad.
Good wingers are important.
This is helping me bring a broke Leyton Orient from League Two to the Premier League (currently Championship).
Just ran a quick test with Milan, predicted 6th and finished 2nd.
