4th season AML chelsea

Hello guys.I play with Kakuta and Hamsik in the left wing and now that Lampard is about to retire Hamsik will drop to the midfield so I need a quality AML.My three final options are Hazard,Neymar and Jovetic but I like most the option of Neymar cause he is a possible Torres replacement(Jovetic too).What do you suggest?

p.s. I got 80M for transfers and 40M for salary I do not have set the season expactation for the new season yet.

I think Neymar is the obvious choice here.

What about Gotze? Can play all across the middle and be retrained to a striker.
