Hello everyone,
I am not the creator of the tactic,i've found it around the forum,and since no one posted it, i wanted to share with it with you,this tactic is amazing,is quite a gamebreaker.
I've used it for my career with Roma and Leeds,since pallotta didn't want to pay me a decent salary after won 2 leagues and cups i decided to just resign, after that i've got hired from spain,won world cup and ILE,after that i went to a underdog team like Leeds there were like 18* place when i charge it. Little by little with that tactic result got straight into a bank and leeds become a quite reality. Now i will go for another adventure just for fun. You can just plug-in it,just let your players understand it,try to get decent strikers,but focus your energy on your defenders,they will make your team score tons. I won everything with leeds. I guess i lost like 1-2 games during the last season.

If anyone is interested i will provide more infos.

I regularly play with ASH.Away and JWB. is delicious523 one of these two or a combination of them? and what do you do with OI and training?
 
it's a combination of the 2 of them,about oi you simple do nothing about that,like the 99% of those tactics around :P
 
I'm using this tactic one season with Chelsea. How this tactic handling attack is amazing. I can win with a big margin with the big club and only 2-3 lose. Wingback in this tactic is crucial. I sometimes use AMR/AML for wing back, and it works.
I want to use it with a low or mediocre team. I will update.
 
Your title says "5-3-2" and this is actually a 5-2-3.
 
Some screen of my test with newcastle,my boys got tons of injuries so it was a bit hard to even go there,and the squad to be honest wasn't good enough for this tactic at all. But we did something good.
