I have seen a lot topics about named staff memebers to buy, but since I'm playing with random names I can't use that.
For FM10 there was a document with the formulas on coach stars, does anybody know the formulas for FM11?
What skills do I look for when hiring scouts, is it only the ability to see Potential Ability and Current Ability?
