5 star staff for lower teams

i was wondering if anyone know of anywhere that lists 5 star staff or good staff for lower premier league teams??

Just use the 5 star coach list

there isnt going to be one for each league or standard of team

Search the list and see what ones want to join your club

i wasnt expecting it thats why i said 5 star coaches or coaches for lower prem teams
