I think Helguera and Appiah are musts from the free transfer market, and also Bobo Balde for about 35k.
Other than that, Sylvinho, Zebina, Emerson are 3 really key players for me who cost less than 2million combined.
You can probably afford 2 or 3 luxury players (probably best under 8mill). I signed Beckham, Julio Cruz, Phil Jagielka and Sergey Ignashevich.

Parejo frm Real Madrid is only 1K...and he's decent squad player
what team are you? You could get Enyeama as a great cheap GK for 220K

heres me team! don`t get how i had 50mill to spend i haven`t spent it all yet its saying 51mill?
lost 2-3 pompy, drew 2-2 everton , lost 2-3 bolton ,dumped out of league cup v newcastle 4-2 after extra time not going well at all lol!
