I felt this tactic could have been improved, I was drawing the occasional game I should be winning comfortably etc. I've tweaked it quite a bit on the following link and it's proviong to be successful, had lots of positive feedback already :) Good luck if you use it

I personally don't use any but let me know if you use any that prove successful :) Good luck with Liverpool, I was debating going them but wasn't sure how I could fit all the wide players into the formation :)
 
UPDATE - TRIED WITH LIVERPOOL

As I've tried this tactic with Real Madrid (conceded 10 in the league all season) and Man United (conceded 12 in the league all season), I thought I would try with a decent team who struggle defensively.

Started with Liverpool tonight which seems ideal as they have struggled defensively but going forward are unbelievable.

I've attached the first few games I've played in the league before going to bed. Going well :) My concern was how I was going to fit in all the wide players into this narrow formation, but playing Mane / Salah / Sturridge / Ings ST and Coutinho / Firminho AP, Ox / Can / Wijnaldum / Lallana CM has meant I can fit them all in no problems when rotating :) (Got rid of Henderson because I dislike his crab-like style of play!!!).

Attached signings too and probably best 11.

Good luck if you decide to use it :) Seems to work for me!

He's one of my least favourite players in real life and no one would have him (A) Just wanted rid haha! Had 5 centre mids for two available spots so had to get rid of at least one haha.

I'm having a good run with Liverpool aswell. Changed the mentality to Attacking during some matches and has helped a bit :)

Glad to see defensively solid too!!

Mines going down to the wire but United have the better goal difference. May be worth changing to Attacking like you have. Keep me updated :)
 
What skin are you using to show the lines on the formation?

I must admit I don't do much on training, leave it all to assistant. Alls I do is set up individual player instructions, training them to the position that is in the tactic :)

this is first season and only in February, i think them stats would be better if i could of signed better players and also if my players were trained to correct roles an none them are fully trained yet either
 
why not try it with barca and psg whilst you're at it....

or maybe try it with a lower league team, you know, a proper challenge :P

Haha I see what you're saying but I always try it with the better teams and if it doesn't work I know I must improve it. I've just finished a season with Spurs (before seeing your comment) and won the league first season with it. Not the most challenging team to try it with but wasn't expecting to win it :) View attachment 76398View attachment 76397
 
started using this with spurs and won the first game against Bournemouth 1-0. then went win less in the next 5 games inc 3 in the champions league which has left me with needing to win away to Barcelona to qualify.

that said, ive now won the last 3 on the trot against Burnley, Legia Warsaw and Everton. so hoping it works out.

I had a similar problem using the one you are using, not enough games won so I've tweaked it on the above link. I tried it myself with Tottenham and won the EPL first two seasons. Tried it with Celtic, won all 16 first games scoring 57, conceding 1. Now currently testing the new one with Everton (you can see the progress in comments :) ) good luck with whatever you use.
