56 million to spend for Liverpool, spend wisely or just splash it out?

I have just finished the third season and was 2 points behind Man Utd who won the league.
I am so close to winning but may need 1 or 2 world class players!

I am in need of a central midfielder. Already have Gerrard, Raul, Lucas and M'Vila.
Im thinking of a deep playmaker....At.Madrid want 40m for Sahin, thats far to much. Have had a bid of 20m accepted for Poli. Or perhaps drop Gerrard into that role and try for Ganso, Hamsik or Pastore as attacking mids!?

Will also need to replace Carragher, was thinking Phil Jones but will have to pay nearly 20m for him!!

I play a 4231 and my key players are Kjaer, Santon, Sanchez, Hazard, Elia.

Any sort of advice will be grateful!

I'd go for Moussa Sissoko and Gary Cahill if they are availble. They are great players for me at Liverpool. Especially Sissoko. Can bang in the odd goal from 20-30 yards.
