59Hz or 60Hz. Which one ????

whats the difference between them. i mean its a small number change, but whenever i want to play fm in full screen mode, there always that 59hz and 60hz choices on each screen size.

so yeah what the differences with them, and which works best.

my laptop maximum is 1440x900, and at 32 bit

It's the screen refresh rate. Although why it offers the option to change it by one frame a second is a bit interesting. The 1Hz difference won't be noticeable in any way.
