Hi so when i try to resign my good youth team players to a pro contract they always say "I'm not currently interested in entering into contract negotiations with your club .I feel that the maximum wage on offer is too low for an agreement to be reached " I can't even make an offer .
My wage budget is 430 Million euro per year so I can make any offer , I even gave the player the statue of key player , I have lost a lot of great young players on free transfers .
Does anyone know what to do ?
