6 Seasons in - No good regens?

Hey all i was wondering do good regens always come about? Im in my 6th season with celtic and im yet to find any real decent ones. I used the football genie scout to see if i was right and it shows that the best pot rating of the regens i have is 79%.
Have i been unlucky or is it because im on the 10.1 patch?

How many leagues u enable??
It will depend on your database size u choose....

Not necessarily. Every club produces regens. The top teams are the more likely to produce the better ones as they are the more likely to have better youth facilities.

Try FourFourTwo's way of looking for regens. You must have some good ones.

Have a look at Athletico Madrid's team. Wolfsburg save in 2017 they seem to get all the best regens.. I've signed 4 or 5 off them!

My database size is small... But i dont know how to change it .
And if genie scout isnt showing any good ones, then is there any point in even looking for regens?
