7 star coaches

Why is it that my coaches attributes fall , i sign them and get 7 star coaching for a while even when they are unproven. Then they become world class and suddenly im getting 3,4 or 5 star coaching , right now i have 18 coaches lol cus i keep having to find new guys !. Just when i think ive got it right, they start underperforming again. :(
 
i havent a clue but could you post them so i can see them i never seem to be able to get all my coaches to 7* thanx
 
Well the only ones ive got that currently give 7 stars are regens. I signed franco tandelli as goalkeeping coach one year - was in his 50s so i thought his attributes would be stable. He had 20 goalkeeping coaching and i got 7 stars , then 2 seasons later it had dropped to 19 giving me the dreaded 5 stars and not 7. Then on the other hand ive got guys with 20 in def coaching that only give 4 - 5 stars in def. Ive now got 26 coaches and only getting 7 stars in 3 skills, the other ones are all labelled world class and yet give poor star ratings. Its just annoying because i thought i had it sussed.

Its not just to do with their coaching stat - Discipline, Determination and Motivating all have to be high.
 
Yea i know its not just based on that , but why would the coaching capabilities decline? one season its 7 , the next season it slips to 5.
 
Yea its pretty frustrating non the less , anyway im back up to 4 7 star coaches now since ive been using the latest patch, the rest are 5. Gerry Taggart is a 7 star defending coach too for anyone who needs one , and Micheal Silvestre isnt bad either.
