I was going to trek into town tomorrow to get a Saturday newspaper. I hoping to get a decent one with a booklet or middle section with a good guide on the Premiership and nPower Leagues... Anyone got any suggestions? The Sun? Mirror?

Thanks in Advance.

No, unless you're crazy about page 3, the news is nothing but **** in The Sun.

I'd recommend the Guardian, always formal, good articles, and more than what meets the eye to football, such as interviews with players, not to mention the great Beniot Assou Ekotto interview, which revealed a lot about him.

If Guardian isn't your cup of tea, then you can't go wrong with the Mirror or the Telegraph, or The Times. :)

guardian or the times. independents okay too

The Guardian,The Sun is more of a tabloid than anything else

the mirror are giving away a free 52 page guide for the 10/11 football season tomorrow

is that what you are looking for mate :)

Spot on, thanks very much :)

And the Assou-Ekotto interview didnt reveal anything about him, just the sport itself. He was honest, and had the courage to say why he plays for Spurs etc. Too many other fakers saying its more the badge and for the club, when they are all there for the money :] (I assume its that interview you meant?)

Yeah I was looking for like a special one off sorta guide to English football as a whole for the nxt season :D The Mirror sounds promising, thanks :)
