Here's my match history

I followed everything that was in Raikan's Tactical Guide for Beginners thread. Started off great, then got real ugly.

I also have an attacking 4-4-2 formation as my 3rd formation.
Here's my team instructions, they are all the same for every formation

The only things I change individually is that I set my BWM, and wingers long shots slider to the minimum. I'd love to tell you exactly why I'm conceding so many goals out of the blue, but I have a very basic knowledge of this game. I was hoping for some help with regards to my formations. Basically, how can I figure out where I'm going wrong? Any tips on how to understand the post-match analysis features in-game? Thanks a bunch!
