I was hoping you guys could give me some idea's as to be for a long career with.

Not looking for a specific challenge ie- confrence to champions league. Just a team to manager for 15-20 years that im not going to get bored with after 2-3 seasons. Ive done the Man Utds, Leeds, Southampton ect...

any idea's?

Brentford
Wage Budget £32k
Transfer Budget 0
Patch 11.3
just an idea?

I'd suggest Birmingham as i am doing them at the moment. You get quite a bit of transfer money and you also have an alright squad to start off with. You could easily challenge for a number 1 premier league finish.

athletic bilbao and make them best in the world with basque only players and spanish under 16s :P

Wolves.

Play a 4-4-2 with attacking wingers and you can easily finish top 10. They are also financially well off and make a £1m+ profit each month so you will not have to worry about finance issues :)

The coaching staff will need an overhaul but they have top training facilities. The stadium can only seat around 25k so after the first season it would be a good idea to expand this.

At the beginning of the first season it would be a good idea to improve youth facilities so you have great players for the future.

Do a team that you like

i have been manager of Newcastle and done everything except win the Champions league and i'm in 2018 and still enjoying it

palermo? if you fancy playing abroad they are a nice one for a good few years, getting them to the top :)

Newcastle always more emotion with the team you support.

Great point, i agree in most ways.

However i have found myself to get too emotionally attached to certain players that are currently at my team IRL, and end up putting that before the progress of the side. Not progressing enough and getting bored :$

If your ruthless, the best option, if your not then think again...
