Ok so the save team selection in the tactics screen, does anyone use this?

Also, when it indicates a player needs a rest, how long do you rest him for? Weeks or games?

If the game indicates he is jaded and could do with a rest, I send him on holiday for a week. 2 weeks if I can afford it.
