A Few Question

Ok, I just have a few miscellanious questions about the game which I can't find answers for, here we go:

Where does the match day money on an international game go?

Do scouts attributes increase the more they scout? Similar question with coaches.

Does subbing your captain, or not playing him at all have a significant impact upon the team?

Does subbing a goalie when a game is wrapped up have any adverse effects?

And this is more of a general footballing one, but how exactly does the ranking system for nations work? I looked it up on wiki but it wasn't very clear. I know you get points for wins/draws and goals etc, but on my game I haven't played with the nation, and my team has still gained ranking points despite no game being played.

I believe that the more a scout scouts, the better his judging stats gets. I also think that the younger ones improve faster, but I´m not sure about it.

Follow up question JP, if i sub my captain and he does have good influence, what would this do to my team? Hypothetically lets say he has a rating of about 6 or there abouts after 60 minutes, would subbing him be worth the negative effects of losing his leadership?

If he gets ****** off at being other team members may take his side and get ****** off too,also losing an influential player on the pitch will be bad if there isnt another player with high influence on to replace him.
