The following is a joke and don't take it seriously.

I was thinking if there was a foolproof TI set that coders of the game used for testing? Something funny, easy to setup, but adaptable on strategy. I was wondering if the order of instructions had some sense or was it just random. So I went on clicking and got this:

Click on every TI in a horizontal line that doesn't have a red instruction (or whatever your skin color is) next to it. And then go a line deeper starting from above. And that's about it.
For example, this means that you can't go route one/exploit flanks/close down much with most strategies, as the the one furthest to the right is red. However, this is not the case with some other strategies, as, for example, with defend strategy, another TI goes furthest to the right.

With these settings I managed to win some games i was struggling with previously.

Of course, this isn't all there is to it. You still need to understand what this all means. For example, the flank you are exploiting should have a player role that requires vision, and fluidity and all other roles need to be adjusted aswell, where the sticky on this forum, the player roles and duties one, would help you pick that.
