A good LB

hey im wolves and i need a good quality LB for 1.5m.
i'm in the championship but i would like to if i can get
prem quality.
any suggestions?

Davide Santon can play as a LB. Comes cheap in the beginning of the game. But I don't know if he want to go to a championship side.

Id go with Insua though, available on loan and is prem quality
