I had a look at Coentrao and Alaba, both have good attacking stats but average/poor defensive stats (Marking, positioning). Ryan Bertrand doesn't seem like he'll be good for first team, he's got decent stats and 2.5 stars but just doesn't seem to perform, whereas Cole's been snatching MOTMs. I need a defensive solid fullback with average attacking stats, not like Balanta who's crossing is 9. And I can't wait to develop a regen ATM, need a quick-fix to fill Cole. Luke shaw got injured for 6 Months, so I withdrew my bid, seems like he won't fulfill his potential now. I'd also like the FB to be homegrown as I don't have a CL spot to fit in, but that's not compulsory.

Leighton Baines is too old for me and he'll be very costly, Domenico Criscito will be costly too. Max I'd like to spend is 15M.

Davide Santon already moved to Arsenal (Idk how I missed it). I'm currently looking at Neil taylor from Swansea, only 2 star CA/PA but stats seem decent.

I would use Ryan Betrand and I would train his marking and positioning. You haven't too much options in this budget: Yuto Nagatomo, Cristian Ansaldi and Fabio Coentrao.

Neil Taylor will do his job but some users reported he is lackluster, so probably mersk made the best suggestion - Ben Davies

Ben Davies doesn't seem to have a price tag, how much will he cost, roughly?

Not sure, haven't bought him myself. Spurs bought him in my game in 2015 for 9.25m.
