A good team player with a good work rate?

i am manager of Qpr and i am currently 5th in the championship in my first season. At the moment its the January window and i need A good team player with a good work rate just to lift the squad. please can someone tell me any one decent.

this is my current team at the moment:

Rb Javier
Lb K.Gibbs (on loan from arsenal)
Cb Sol campball
Cb Chris Riggort
Rm wayne routledge
Lm freddie ljungberg
Cm Cork (on loan from chelsea)
Cm Gavin Mahon
Cf Mark viduka
Cf smolerek

its a good squad but i feel something is missin.

You can search for players using the specific attributes you are looking for. On the player search screen go to Filter > Edit Filter > Add > Attribute > "Team work"
