A good team to be manager of in the Skrill Premier?

I'm looking to start a new save with a team in the Skrill Premier, and I would like to know what team is good to start with. I'm looking to get them into the football league within two season, hopefully the first, but I also want a challenge! I don't mind too much about their transfer budget but would like to bring players in to hopefully get promoted.
