A-League Help

I have a few questions regarding the A league!! (Australian league)

How do you set players as a marquee player for some reason i cant find that option? Also with all the different marquees (Junior, u23 etc)
Are there any good australian players i can look at??

Cant buy A League players, need to buy players from outside Aus
