A little query into recruiting staff

I was not sure where to put this.

The problem I am having is managing Bayern, whenever i search for a new staff member, my adverts only get german applicants, and for coaches that give poor stats like att/def which I need, I have 5 leagues selected hoping that would give me a wider variety of applicants but to no avail, its kind of frustrating, has anyone had this or can someone tell me what im doing wrong?

on a side note if i manage a team that isnt from the german league Applicants will be from most countries without me seelcting them =/

You mean you place and advertisement and wait for staff to come? You should go to your team, search for players, but instead search staff, it's right underneath it (pops up if you click search). Have a look over there
