Hi!

To begin, I want to apologize in advance for possible mistakes in my english. I am french , it probably explains the fact that I was so bad. ahahah...

So!

I'm a big fan of Roger Schmidt and I try, for a while now, to recreate his tactics with Salzburg and Leverkusen.
I think I managed to do some thing not too bad.
To do this, I have read many articles on the subject, including this:

Team Analysis: Red Bull Salzburg under Roger Schmidt 2014 | Spielverlagerung.com
And this clip: https://vimeo.com/106964042

What I like especially for Roger Schmidt, is the ability of its teams to push the opponent to the fault, with a very intense pressing and fast attacking plays.

I tried this tactic with Brighton (2nd division) and I finished first with over 100 goals! (if I find my backup I'll show you that) Then with the Paris Saint Germain. Here are some results:

Without opposition instructions the opponents have more passes accuracy and this is the advantage of this tactic. Prevent the enemy to deploy his playing.

MC (matuidi here) take corners.

I still work on it, it may be that the tactical changes with time, I will keep you informed.

What is training routine (common and individual), PPM and important attributes for every role?

PS: nice topic, I like well described tactics based on real events.

Oh right, i have forget this one.
I think (but im not pretty sure, i need to work that) the player need Aggressivity, Stamina, Work rate and Strengh.
For the winger, they need preffered moves: Cut inside.

And for the training, Balanced/Average (Fitness/VeryHigh on pre season). Teamwork (tactics on pre season) on Match Preparation.

I let my assistant doing the job for individual training.

I update my first post soon.

This tactic has been found after searching for proper ideal recreation of the Roger Smidt's idea.
Interesting to hear pros and cons about comparison between both schemes.
