Hi all every assistant I have/had always seem to fall out with my squad so basically I want you to reccomend me a nice friendly assistant that will get on with my players btw I am Leeds.

try Martin Keown, I have him with me at Man City he may come to you he's only a scout at Arsenal at the start I think, great defensive coach and tactician too.
