a noob looking for help

i recently just picked up the demo and i am completely lost to say the least. can someone direct me to some sort of beginners guide for this game. i am very confused.

You can download or look at it here:
Football Manager? 2011t covers all the basics.

As its the demo your playing you will only be able to play for the first 6 months of the game. Hope you enjoy it matey

I havnt actually used it. It requires you to sign up but it should be free. Just remember not to discolse any personal info. Email isnt as important as you can filter your mail to not receive any mail from them
