A player doesnt want to sign a new contract what to do?

I fined the player for 2 weeks after he got a direct red card in a match after that he is unhappy and doesnt want to sign a new contract is there anything to make him stay in the team 1 and a half year left on his contract should i sell him he is currently valued 30m pounds thanks for the advices.

If he doesnt want to sign offer him to clubs at double his valuation. If no one comes in for him offer again at around £50mill then decrease to £45mill etc etc.

Alternatively, you can wait for a while and keep playing and praising him and then see his mood change. If he says he doesn't want to talk, then sell him for as much as you can get.

Well keep him until just before he has half a season left which is when they can get him for free and just keep offering. if he dont sign sell him just before then?
