is it still posible get in fm12 skins and logos from some where or if i will downloead logos from fm 23 will it work in fm12 ?

I think most would work. But the thins is - Logos are tied to a ID string so if SI changed any ID strings of clubs since 2012, there won't be logo for that club.

With skins, that's a lot more complicated because SI added a lot of stuff in last few years and old skins do not support some of those changes. And there are some other issues as well.
