A quick proposal - a LOWER LEAGUE BAP?

The idea of this would be to have a lower CA/PA than the usual 120/200.

Mainly as the BAP's atm just seem to be "wait 3 years and dominate world football".
There doesn't seem to be any "will I make it? won't I make it? how far will I go?" etc

Get back to me on this, just an idea to freshen things up?

The CA/PA would be 50/-7,-8 or -9

How about the usual PA, but a really bad CA. That way some players with the right tutoring and experince can become world stars while others will just fall into the abyss of crappyness.

That's why i'm going to go with a -9 potential.
Some may be near world stars (bout 170-180 PA) and others may only be Premier league squad players (bout 120-130 PA)
