Its really a simple tactics but effective as u can see in the screenshots below

Plug and play off course, no OI
pitch size wide/long
So what u need position wise
GK a good shoot stopper , good 1 on 1
CBs standard tall strong good in the air
Rb full back on defensive duty ; Acceleration , stamina tackling positioning
Lb full back support duty like above just add crossing and some dribbling
DMC anchor man with solid passing
MCs tackling and passing,
AMC, important position , really ,really fast plus Creativity passing decisions
RIght ST , the most important attribute is teamwork , other than that flair composure finishing
Left ST A really good poacher who can dribble all the time and has great pace and acceleration
How the counter works
the defense and midfield is set deep and doesn't close down the opposition until they get inside my side of the pitch

the Left ST stays up all the time while the Right ST drops deeper as seen here

a Milan player crosses the ball and my defender successfully heads it out , the right st goes after the ball while the AMC starts running forward

RST receives the ball and starts running with it, soon the DC who was marking the LST starts closing him down, opening a gap for my AMC and LST

The RST sees that and passes it into space for the LST who has a free path towards goal, since he is a fast poacher he can't be caught anymore 1 0
OR the AMC scores
AFTER an corner by Milan my anchor man gets possession and immediately passes up the field to the RST
He receives the ball, and moves with it forward while the LST and AMC get in positions to chase to ball once its played forward
Again he’s closed down by a DC, my AMC runs where the DC should be, receives the ball freely run towards the gol and 3 0
