A tactic that can beat Scotland?

I've played as multiple international teams trying to beat Scotland, I've played as Spain, Germany, Brazil and i'm getting hammered by 2,3,4 goals, I'm playing as Wales and I'm desperate to beat them, any tactic that's especially useful against them? thanks.

11 men on the pitch against them usually win lol, can't believe you're struggling aginst scotland, must just be a fluke??? ust play your normal tactics....they really aren't that good lol!
