I haven't played FM in a month or so and i am wanting to start a new say but i don,t know what team to go. I want rebuild a team and want a long save with them. Preferred leagues would be : BPL, Championship, Ligue 1, Bundusliga and Liga BBVA

Using any team from lowest division, build the team, get promoted into highest division, entering regional cups, and won them would be an interesting challenge.
I'd use Boston United from Skrill North League (6th division of English League).
Or use any team from Italian Serie C2 (4th division of Italian League).
Personally, I've selected English, Italian, French, Spanish, and German as playable and my challenge is to bring weakest team from lowest division into highest division, win each, and move to another weakest team from another country and bring it to top division again.
But if you just prefer to rebuild, use Newcastle or Fulham.
