A wierd tactic ive created

Ive been working on this with my created team in the blue square north i let the game give me my players and backroom staff as the team has a rep of just over 1000 have no money for transfers and only got a 5k or so wage budget (Cant sign a **** player lol) im currently playing a 3-4-1-2 and im currently on a 8 game winning streak and im 20 points ahead of my closest title contender.

I don't advise using this for top clubs cause i never manage anyone higher than league 1 usually as only had one job as barca manager and just won the league title before restarting again so anyone who wants to give this a try go ahead and can you leave me some feedback just so i know that it works with other teamsView attachment 188636

View attachment 188642 i know loads and loads of people will slag anything off because of jealousy or what not but you can get some decent gems when you create a team and not add any players before you start had one with 145 potential (And to all those idiots who swear there heads off found his stats on genie scout not FMRTE so :P)

No one has slagged you off, and it's not due to jealousy, but rather we get allot of people posting threads about tactics/players where they just cheat. This is why there is always a air of scepticism regarding new tactics, especially when you have a player who's scoring at a two goals a game ratio and you're using a 'created' team. Fair enough if your tactic is working well, but if you are uploading something, be prepared for sceptical members, as well as members who will slag your tactic off if they lose one game, it's just how it is these days, due to the amount of **** we see in some threads.

Don't be offended if people ask for more screenshots, if you haven't cheated, you don't have anything to worry about by posting them. :)
 
Yea i apologise im just usually **** at making tactics and now i found one just thought it was a dig so i apologise for my rant.

View attachment 188687 im not really good at describing how it works but ill give it a go Match Prep atm is just on team blend on average workload my assistant takes care of team talks and the O.I part of things. My back 3 are all set to defend but my left sided defending is a ball playing defender ive put my 3 central midfielders as advanced playmakers and it seems to be working but most of the players are usually exhaust quickly lost my leading goalscorer for my match against AFC Wimbledon and a few of my regulars to the reserves to get there fitness back up and ended up getting thumped 1-5 but thats what i get with not having any money to work with. So if you are gonna test this tactic please make sure you have a budget to bring in better players. Ive had a small problem with my discipline with a few yellow cards and a few reds with one player getting sent off twice so far. So just like all tactics mine isn't a golden chalice of tactics and you will lose a game or so but at the moment i am lucky to only be losing twice and my club balance is £-300k but if i was to say try using exploit the wings, work ball in to box and shoot on sight may work but thats up to you but if you have anymore requests send them through and ill try and answer them the way you need me to
 
Playing in BSS with Boreham Wood right now so i'm going to try it...must say that if that Gould guy scored 47 in 22 games my striker should score vaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more goals :P

well it happened again **** crash dumps lost my game went through everything and still couldn't load my saved game back up so ive started a new one and have tweeked the tactic cause the overload left me wide open on the counter so im gonna try it again as atm ive changed it to control and plonked around with the set pieces which is the hardest thing for me lol and have started out ok in pre season only lost once so i will be adding an update to my tactic as soon as my last friendly has finished

I'm trying it with Crawley right now and it is good but not great. I almost won all the pre-season matches and now i'm 5 games in and i've won 4 of them. My score i 13 goal and conceded 3 goals. My biggest concern is the midfielders - they have to have very good stats in stamina and natural fitness, 'cause they do get really tired in about 60th minute and that is almost all the 5 midfielders who is tired.

Will be back when i'm in january..
