Is it me or is there a problem with this year's CA and PA?

How in the world are Reus and Gundogan classified as "fairly good players" to my Man United scouts?

If you have Messi and Ronaldo, yes they are fairly good.

I also find that in my save, Di Maria has being rated from 3 to 4 stars, depending on form, which is new andmakes me wonder if PA and CA are really that important.

Using the editor in 14, i've found that CA points are distributed to skills, not 1 by 1, but in some sort of algoritm that i don't want to talk right now.

The important is that, if players have the right attributes really good, you can play them and get good scores, and players with 199 PA with 4 on stamina just suck.

Back to your question, get better scouts or don't care about what they say.

How good are your scouts?

Some are average and some are great.

I only enlist the help of the good ones and still same report
