About Coaches

Hello.
I have one question. Is it better to have more coaches for let sey attacking or is it better to have just one coach for one attribution?

One coach per training category.. better said 1 good coach(at least 5 star) per training cat

Okeey i have all coaches 7 stars and i am using Tug's schuelde but my players arent gaining stats so much

I got 23 coaches, and my training is quite good (imo)..
If you got alot of players on the programs you have to have at least 2 coaches on each attribute, or else their task will get to hard, with to many players

Their task is now at easy ... but i dont know why they arent improving much any idea?

And the stars is good?
I believe, nothing I'm sure of, that you have to have a coach with good stats in mental, and motivation, and asign them to all tasks A mental-coach, and a motivation-coach
