i'm playing FM10....
i have a question....
can a lower club with no stadium can built a stadium?

yes they can go to the boardroom and ask the board but sometimes they lack finances so u have to wait for a couple of seasons

Yes once your club has a big enough balance the board will probably announce the plans to build a stadium.

On my havant save when i got into the premiership they got a 40m loan and built a 30k capacity, before it was just 5k
