I have the up-to-date Milan squad e.g. Cassano and Emanuelson plus some new additions (Coentrao, Lamela, Verratti and Gotze)

I am really struggling to find a tactic or formation that really suits my team. I am finding it difficult to incorporate Pato, Cassano, Robinho and Ibrahimovic all into one starting 11 and still win games.

Any ideas?

TBH, I think you'll have to drop one of them to the bench. Have Zlatan through the middle, Pato out on the right wing (or RAM if you play narrow) and have either Cassano or Robinho on the left wing/LAM.

4-2-4. Pato, Robinho and Cassano all can be used as wide forwards. Play with a high line, so you aren't allowing too much space between the lines. Don't be afraid to push up, and use the stopper/cover combo at CB. Obviously, the cover man should be pacey. Make sure your keeper has good reflexes, agility and one on one ability. Pace is a bonus (quick off line). Think of him as a bonus sweeper. Since you have wide attackers, you can play your FBs in support roles. All of your defenders and midfielders will need high work rates and team work values to cover for the attacking intent of your quartet.
