Access Array Error

Occasionaly, when my game is skiping through the other results, a little pop-up comes up that says Access Array Error, or Access array denied. It hasn't crashed my game or anything, but it just makes me a bit nervous, especially if I haven't saved in a while. Does anyone else have this, or does anyone know what causes it or how to fix it?

go to the menu and put the sound bar in the minimum and confirm, it worked for me. i was to be champion with udinese and then puff, the game crashed with that window
