I know alot of players have really high PA's but do they tend to actually reach their PA or just plateu off about 20 below what they could be?

I've wondered the same thing. Not sure anybody actually knows.

I'm into 2019/20, and i can honestly say that none of the youngsters ive bought have ever fullfilled their maximum potential. Most become "quality players" or "good players". i havent had a "key member" or "one of the best" in my team.

I've had a totally different experience. Its 2014 in my Aldershot game and my MC, Gary Strong, is just 20 and is already one of the best, if not the best, midfielder in the Championship. I bought him from Ballymena United when he was 17.

I also have an amazing foward line and both Strikers are homegrown. One of them is just 18 and is already consider a top striker in the Championship and is dubbed as the new Michael Owen.

The other is 20 and would be a top player for any team in the Premiership

Are your two strikers regens or actual players out of interest? always on the lookout for new players :)

If he's unambitious he'll never reach his full potential

how would you know what their maximum potential was anyway? unless you cheated..i dunno what his maximum potential was but guardado was a 'world class' winger and was a key part of my team so i guess he fullfilled his PA.

Well you can look at your player using a Genie Scout.

well....if when a player is 18 and his coach report says he has the potential to be a key member of a first team squad....then thts his full potential.

but when he is 25 and his coach report says is a decent of good player.....he hasnt realised his potential has he?

Remember your coaches can get it wrong especially at lower league. Look at your Scouts stats Judging Current Ability and Judging Potential Ability if its about 18 to 20 then great then it will accurate anything under that theres chance of them getting it wrong.

I currently have a 17 year old left back who is going to be one of the best in the world and he is well on his way he went from being a good Coca-Cola 1 player to a good premiership player in one year I am sure if I give him 2 more years he will be full potential
