Adaílton suspended at the start of the game?

Heyo!
Just started playing as Crewe Alexander in the nPower League 1, and got Adaílton to my team. Was very happy to get a 5 star ST/AML to my team since it was there I lacked some power, but my happiness was soon changed into confusion and despair when I saw that he can't play until January 2013:'( Why is that? The reason the game gives me is "due to personal reasons", I have never ever seen that in the game before.

No reason for it, just another feature of FM, football players do have probelms etc.

You just got unlucky I guess.

Is that the same Adailton who played for Genoa in 06/07 season ??? He retired at Vaslui for family reasons which will probably be the personal reason...
