Add Celtic & rangers to Englsh leagues

Using the editor, select Rangers, go to competitions and change from SPL to English Premier Division. Do the same for Celtic. This will just enable you to replace two current EPL teams, I think.

If you want it so there is 22 teams in the EPL you will have to add nation rules in the editor.

i am having problems doing this with the editor, i just swappd the teams for brighton and doncaster i save it, start new game and i am getting an exclamation mark next to england and turkey and i cant pick them???

hover over the exclamation marks and it will tell you what is wrong
