Add/Remove leagues in FMC 15

Hello! Not sure if this is the right forum section to post this in, but here it goes anyway.

I'm wondering if it's possible to add/remove leagues in classic mode? Cant seem to find that option anywhere.
If I remeber correctly this was possible in FMC 14, or am I mixing things up?
